We offer 7-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges on both Prepaid and COD orders.
- Shipping charges not to be refunded for any orders.
- Shipping of INR 100 will be deducted from refund when returning a product. Although, if you opt for a gift card - we shall give you as a loyal customer gift card +150 INR additionally.
- COD customers will only receive Gift Card as refunds + 150 INR extra
- Exchanges are free up to 2 for an order. Over that shipping fee of 100 INR per exchange to be charged.
- Exchange can be done with the same product and or any other product across the website.
- COD refunds will be processed in the form of giftcards only.
- Please note that we don't allow any returns or exchanges for Flash Sale products
Refund Policy
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days once the returned product reaches our warehouse.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid.
